Brisbane Topsoil
Wouldn’t it be great if one site’s excess materials could be used on a neighbouring site looking for materials? www.brisbanetopsoil.com.au is all about helping our clients with excess materials screen, ameliorate and sell them locally. Local sources of topsoil means less trucks on local roads and lower costs. Not running a permanent yard facility means lower overheads which we can offer back to you in the form of better prices.
We currently have AS4419, MRTS16, and custom blend topsoil mixes available from our sites at:
- Swanbank (near Ipswich on the south western side of Brisbane)
- Brisbane northside (North Lakes)
- Gold Coast (Upper Coomera)
- Sunshine Coast (Bli Bli or Caloundra)
Prices vary depending on the soil available, the blend you are looking for and how far materials need to travel but generally we are cheaper than most wholesale soil suppliers with prices between $18 and $28 delivered. Premium blends will cost more than this.
A few basics for those of you wanting to dispose of excess materials…
- Due to the cost of testing and time involved we can’t help you with quantities of less than 5000m³
- We can’t help you with contaminated soils on this site (asbestos, heavy metal contamination, C&D rubble)… please visit www.soilcyclers.com.au for help with contaminated soils.
- Unless you have the best topsoil around or there is a lack of local suppliers currently, this is not going to make you rich… but can sometimes pay a small royalty or cover the costs of disposal depending on the quality of the topsoil.
A few basics for buyers…
- Our minimum quantity is 10m³
- For commercial buyers of bulk quantities of soil, we usually need at least one weeks’ notice
- For buyers of small quantities of soil, we cannot guarantee supply as we only visit sites and make the topsoil when we have a bulk order to fill. If you need soil delivered by a certain date we recommend you speak to your local landscape supplier or soil yard.
